Quality First Construction, Inc. has been
building quality custom homes in the Omaha area
for the past 24 years. Tim Schaffer began his
construction career as a framer in 1978 after
graduating from Bellevue High School. In 1984,
he switched from framing homes to building
custom homes. Tim Schaffer is not only the owner
of the company; he is an on-the-job
superintendent as well. Tim will assist the
homeowners in designing the home as well as
selecting the finish features of the home.
